The Baptism was performed by Rev. Jackson on December 27, 2009. Daniel is the son of proud parents and Quin Chapel/Turner Chapel members Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Gibson. Ny'ema is the daughter of proud parent and Turner Chapel member Ms. Corshekia Hancock. Let the church say, "AMEN". “Mr. and Ms. Turner Chapel crowned!” While our souls were being blessed by the inspirational singings of the Cobbin Singers, the Massie Grove Male Choir, the reunion of the Shoddie Singers (25 years in the making) and others, Mr. and Ms. Turner Chapel where crowned. Mr. James Courtland Bailey and Ms. Reanne "Rae-Rae" Jackson were our top raisers for this event and were crowned Mr. and Ms. Turner Chapel for the 2009 - 2010 conference year. We would like to thank all the participants for being apart of this event. We would also like to thank all the members and visitors who came out in support of this event. Click here to view photos from the event. “Student Wins Awards!” Ms. Titeyanna Turner made the Principal's List, has received a Math Award, and has been chosen Student of the Month, by the District, for Threadgill Elementary School. Titeyanna is an active member of the YPD, where she serves as the Historian, and she is a faithful member of the Sunday School, where she serves as the Treasurer. Please join us in congratulating Ms. Titeyanna Turner for her achievements! “Baptism Performed!” The Turner Chapel Family would like to welcome our newest Family member, DéAndre J'Quan Spears. The Baptism was performed by Rev. Jackson on December 13, 2009. DéAndre is the son of proud parents and Turner Chapel members Mr. and Mrs. Andre Spears. Let the church say, "AMEN".

November 2009 “Student of the Month Named!” Mr. Devondarius Saffold was named November's Student of the Month at Bankston Elementary School. Devondarius is an active member of the YPD, and he is a faithful member of the Sunday School. Please join us in congratulating Mr. Devondarius Saffold for his achievement.
